Got it okay. I have a 36 x 48 with my sons and grandchildren on it I got from you in 2022 that is great, but I could not find that picture in your library so I ordered a similar one with my 3 great grandchildren. However its really nice, but its a lot darker. The parents of them think its great, so I guess I'm okay with it.

They packaged it picture side up with no buffer or cardboard or packaging. No sign on the box not to use a sharp object. I have a lot of packages delivered and didn't realize it was my picture. I scratched it opening it. If it would have said don't use sharp object I wouldn't have.

The product itself is very nice. The box seem to be oversized, which made the shipping tough. Box came slightly damaged, but the canvas itself was in good shape. My wife loves it.

My second purchase with my grandkids names and we just added a sixth so had to update.
Tried to get a better color mixture for our room so we went with a beach scene with blue water. The colors are actually too deep and the sun is sorta blurry on the left side so a little disappointed with that.

Only ding I can give is, I ordered 2 pictures same time and only received 1, but showed bot on same shipping code with UPS. I did receive my other a day later, but when I only received 1 and both showed delivered I called and left message and emailed, that was over 24 hours ago and still have not heard from anyone. The message told me to leave message and they would call back when next person was available. Again, the product I would give 5 stars and very fast getting my product

I had ordered one of these approximately two years ago. I am really disappointed with the quality you all are producing now compared to then. I get you having to cut cost now a days, but you really sacrificed quality. My son ordered this picture for me and hung it in our Florida condo during the fall as a surprise for me when I came to Florida in the winter. A few days before I was to arrive, he had a massive heart attack and passed away. After his passing, I walked into the condo and was greeted by this beautiful picture.
