To be honest I absolutely hate it. The 1st one i ordered was beautiful. The color was perfect. When I ordered the second one to add my newest daughters name I was excited to receive it but beyond disappointed when I saw it. The color is so dull and so much the quality is not clear. I'm beyond upset.

I loved the product the shipping was a challenge because I received several your item has shipped emails and the tracking never showed that so I was concerned. My boyfriend ordered this same product and he received 3 in error and I received 2 in error. That is a HUGE waste of money for this company and its unfortunate they are not more organized. Now they were very gracious and said keep the extra one but still a huge waste of money that could have been their profit.

So I saw this ad on Instagram and was sold! I ordered it and when I didn’t receive it, read reviews and freaked out because some people said they didn’t receive it, customer service was poor, etc. I emailed them and they responded back telling me to be patient, but I was already worried. It ended up taking a month, possibly because of Christmas orders, but I LOVE IT!!! Amazing and very happy. Great quality, too.

I order this on November 27, 2020, I received a email saying I would have it by December 8th, I never came, after multiple emails, because they do not answer phones, very disappointed in the service, they always have excuses blaming their carrier for all the mistakes, own up to the mistakes made..
