After losing my first order after the label was created, a second print was made and shipped promptly. However, it arrived with some scuffs because there was little protection in the packaging. Don’t have the energy to go round and round with customer service again to request a replacement, as the initial message from the CEO left much to be desired and discouraged outreach from customers. It is what it is. Will order elsewhere for future products.
