To Whom It May Concern, Be Aware that while the product you produce may be good and the process easy to use, your customer service is absolutely horrific. I had a problem with my order and needed to get an answer quickly to ensure my gift would arrive in time for Mother's Day, over the course of one full week I sent six emails and left almost 30 phone messages and received no response. One of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had, it doesn't matter what the quality of the product is and how nice it sounds that it's a small family owned business that cares. When you ignore a customer that has invested money in your business, they will never come back and will go out of their way to make sure others don't make the same mistake you did. Service is everything!

I ordered a canvas and I received it in a poster form and I also didn't get it for at least 2 months after I purchased it.

I was told the delivery would be within a few date ranges. Then I asked about the delay, I was given another possibility of a date and a app to track the package. I ordered the canvas and got a poster!! $50 for a poster even if it’s personalized… yeah I would never pay for that. I will go back to my old website I used in past for personalized gifts in the future. At least I’ll get what I ordered. I was so frustrated with the back and forth I didn’t want to deal with a refund OR to wait for the canvas to come that I had purchased. So no not satisfied with anything about the company.
