It took 31 days to receive my picture. After 14 days I enquired on the shipping of my print. I received an email back saying it was taking longer then usual and I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. I then received a tracking number, yet as I checked daily on the shipping it wasn't. I found out that this company printed a label to ship, but DID NOT SHIP FOR ANOTHER WEEK. Making it appear it was on its way why the took another week before tracking showed that it was actually in transit. There are to many good, honest companies out there to deal with deceitful people. Choose a different company.
