Helped son order this, 10 minutes after placing order he contacted us with a different spelling of one name. We immediately called customer service, talked to a woman who said, yes she can change that for us. She took the information, then we asked if we could get in color instead of black and white, she said yes. She emailed us a confirmation which we didn’t get, yet we get all other emails from you. She tried two or three times, but she said the Changes would be made. They weren’t made. Upon arrival, we saw a black and white product with misspelled name. Not really complaining because it was error on our end in first place, but thought we had it covered after talking to the customer service rep. It’s a really nice looking product that we could love if name had been changed, and in color, but we really like the black and white as well.

Your work is beautiful however your customer service is non existent. I’ve called and was forced to leave my phone number, saying I would get a call back. I never did! I’ve written emails and I only received one email back.
I made a mistake in my canvas. Two days after putting in my order, this is when I tried contacting your customer service. I received an email back saying I was past the 24 hour window but could order another one at 50% off. However, it gave me no instructions on how to move forward with that. I answered that email and said I would like to do reorder. I still haven’t heard anything back.
I would truly like to hear back from a competent person who can follow through with this order process of 50% and not leave me hanging.

The good: The frame is extremely well designed and built. Great job with the joinery. The canvas material is of reasonably rugged quality. The photo is high quality and looks amazing. Our names came out the way I typed them. No bleeding or transparency in the lettering. When my wife opened this she was ecstatic! It was a fantastic Mother's day; thanks for making me look like a hero.
The bad: Only one thing kept this from a five start. The names are obviously not part of the photo, and printed over top of a photo. Dugh, I know how variable data printing works! But I also have to imagine that there is software out there that will make the wood grain of the sign blend in with the printed lettering. I mean, look what they did with CGI and the movie Avatar, and that is a 12 year old movie.

I loved the concept and how it turned out although, the canvas was a bit loose and wasn't very tight around the border so, it looked a bit loose in the center. Hopefully, with time it will settle.
