Haven't seen the digital copy don't know how to access it. Also was disappointed on packaging. In advertisements showed opening a nice box for each photo. They were Christmas gifts and they came 4 in 2 large boxes. I had to go out and buy boxes in order to wrap them individually.

Then I received an email stating all arrival dates for shipping would be upgraded at your expense to make it by Christmas. What company does that?? The item itself is really nice. The company is very sketchy. They kept sending out emails and posts on social media saying the item is guaranteed to be delivered in 14 days. It took 30 days to receive my item. They have horrible customer service and I will never order from them again

The canvas came in and is not up to the standard I thought it was going to be. It’s cheaply made to start, the material at the top is puckered from poor assembly not to mention the color is off compared to the website color that pops. I’m disappointed. I wrote to the customer service and got a canned email back clearly showing that no one actually read my email. Then, I get this asking fir a review, so that’s why you are seeing this now.

I have to say the staples are going to need to be put back in on the frame. They are all sticking out which I’ll have to fix. It took three weeks to get here it seems like from when we first ordered it and the ship date kept changing. The picture itself is beautiful
