The product was well received as a present by a family member. But I am going to be critical regarding information sharing with regards to order status. I can appreciate the problem you had with lost shipment and your honest attempt to make good and replace the lost items. But when I inquired about the status of my order, the information was initially vague and when specifics were provided, they were inaccurate.
