Family tree canvas print was a Christmas gift to my wife. She loves it, best part of this she never expected me to give her something so meaning and thought out. Our family consists of 4 children and the two of us, we have it on display near our family dinner table. Our children's ages range from 27 to 21, very appropriate scene with the street sign and our children all forging a pathway for life in all different directions. My wife thinks I am a genius.

Eh, it's just okay. I wouldn't buy another one. The color isn't even close to the brown shown in the pictures. It has a greenish tint to it. The writing isn't really bright white, it's more gray. And the print itself isn't very good quality. The alignment is off a bit as well. Kinda disappointed. But I took the risk, it just didn't pay off. Like I said, I wouldn't buy again.

Just a little communication issue, was getting emails (3) saying problem with shipping, I responded maybe not to friendly, sharing what I was thinking. In the end the emails weren’t even suppose to be sent because there wasn’t any problems maybe a technical issue with their system, anyway everything turned out good and on time.

The picture is nice, my only complaint is the amount of emails I received while waiting for my delivery. Talk about oversell!! I could not block messages because I was waiting for confirmation and shipping details. I have counted 25 emails wanting me to buy more or a frame for the purchase I made. At one point I was told to call there was a problem with my order and it was on hold. When I spoke to someone they said there was no problem, this was early on so after that I was hesitant about my order. It turned out fine, but with the amount of emails wanting me to buy more has left me wanting to block this vender, which I can do now!

I ordered 2 of the same canvas' just with different names and sizes in the same order. The first canvas I never received and am hoping I will hear back from customer service. For some reason I did receive this canvas. Although I ordered the 24x16 size well when I received it and it is actually the wrong size. I ended up getting the 36x24. Customer service verified with me I could keep the larger size.
So I was unhappy that I did receive this incorrect size, but customer service made it better which I'm thankful for. The product is really beautiful and the personalization makes this a very unique gift.
