Once I finally received the product it was fine. I understand the hardships with making and shipping of products at this time, however the communication was sadly lacking. I was told 10 to 14 days. It turned out to be 45 and no communication. This was to be a Christmas present but I had to make alternative plans. This was my first purchase with this company. Not sure if I will do so again.
