Very blurry and low quality background picture. Looks like someone blew up a low quality clip art image and pasted a fake sign in front. Does not look even remotely natural. Disappointed and embarrassed this is the present my wife gets on Christmas.

I received the canvas , my thoughts when ordering was the picture and names were more realistic and kinda rustic but it’s just a simple zoomed picture with names in simple text on it.

This order took way too long to get. Your customer service was of no help with the multitude of inquiries made about my order....it was a recorded message to everyone probably having the same issues and my concerns were never addressed! The item said it was shipped, yet FedEx had no tracking information for a week or more. Once I did receive my item...it was fine, but I doubt I would ever order from you again with all these problems

I bought 3 canvas 2 were awesome 1 was not. It had marks on it I contacted Family Gift Co. they were so sincere about replacing it but here it is 2 month later and I haven’t received my other canvas or a refund. They said it was on its way then turned around and said it was in production. So there for I’m screwed and they lied to me. I asked for a another number to call and talk to someone above who I was talking to and they couldn’t give me one. I do not recommend this canvas place just for the fact of how they have done me.
I have called so many times and still get the same response a LIE!!!
