I never Got it. I asked the courier company what address they sent it to and they said that they could not tell me where it was delivered that it was against company policy. ( FED EX)
When I wanted to get a refund, I was told that I would have to pay for another one at 50% off.

I got this 48 inch photo for my wife and she loves it. The quality of work is excellent the only thing I would ask in the future is that you use better shipping containers. When I received mine, one of the sides had broken away from the connecting piece. I was able to take a industrial stapler and put the pieces back together. Just a suggestion for your future purchases. Other than that, love the picture and wife loved it too. Oh one more thing. I had a hard time getting my discount to go to my purchase. I called into your customer support line and a lady there, which I didn't get her name, was very helpful in assisting me. I believe the discount was for 10% for signing up to your mail. She fix the problem and gave me 20% off for my troubles. This type of response brings people back. Thank you once again.
