For the price you would think it would have been in a simple frame or on a thicker stock of paper...

Well I ordered it wrote the names stacked separately got it both names on same line and emailed that it wasn’t right 8 days later still no response or replacement. Wouldn’t recommend

I expected it to be in a frame due to the advertisement. Insteadit was rolled up kinda hard to get it framed.

We ordered a canvas picture and it was a poster rolled up in a tube.

Without a doubt worst customer service ever. Called to make edit. No answer! Email no answer until 2 days later and told too late. Don't deal with this company!!!

The poster was ok but i ordered it in November so they it could come well before Christmas for a gift. My delivery took 30 days. I almost thought it wouldn’t make it before Christmas. It finally came 2 days prior. The company just kept sending the tracking which dated 30 days back but I was very disappointed because they never reassured me that my 5-10 day delivery that I paid for would be delivered with the 30 late days. I feel the company could have done a much better job of ensuring my package within 5-10 days.

ordered for the 2x from this company. paid expedited to receive b4 holidays. i contacted them once it shipped because it showed delivery to a pharmacy 50 miles from my ship address. they assured me it was going to the address requested. but the screenshot the customer service rep took clearly showed the pharmacy. well, it was delivered damaged to the pharmacy. now. why would someone order something, pay for expedited shipping, and then be ok with it shipping to a pharmacy on the side of a highway 50 miles from where you live? their response? it was delivered. then i receive many emails detailing how awesome it is that my package shipped and was delivered! i will never purchase from Family Gifts ever again.

I thought the pictures show it attached to some sort of frame, it was just the canvas, so maybe if I missed that in small prints..maybe make it a little more visible for average shopper that doesn’t order stuff like this em very often..it was sent to an elderly person and now they have to figure out how to get attached for frame ..not a complaint just an observation for older generation…thanks he loved the canvas and his sayings so a win all around.

Hello, I received the poster in a somewhat damaged mail tube. The poster, itself, was not damaged. However, one of the plastic ends was missing and the cardboard tube had damage on that end where the plastic "plug" was missing. Also, I was not aware that four (4) posters were part of my order. Was I charged for 4 posters, or for only one? Please comment back to me at your earliest convenience.

Turned out great! Giving as a Fathers Day gift. Wish there was an easy way to get them to lay flat after being rolled up.

I thought it was going to be like the picture on a frame now I have to figure out where I can go put it on a frame and also it said I would get it in 5 days and it took 3 weeks.

first of all i didnt know it was going to be printed on paper thought it eas going to be printed on cloth second thought it would be mounted on poster board not rolled up in box.

The poster I ordered is not the poster that I received. The poster received was one that was used as an example on the webpage. In contacting the company they refuse to resend the correct poster. They want a picture of the mailing and the poster received an error which was sent to another address in another state. Unacceptable customer service I will never use this company again

Ok not realizing the actual size was my fault. Look closely at the dimensions so that you're not as surprised as I was. The print comes on satini (satin like) paper rolled up in a canister. Thus makes the print very difficult to lay flat. I had kind of expected it to be ready to hang but ready to mount would have been nice. The print I received differed from the image shown in the advertising, in the ad there were dashes between the month day and year breaking it up in a way that made it immediately recognizable as dates. My print however was just a string of numbers with no separations. Overall it's nice, although not quite as pictured and in my opinion boarding being overpriced. The last thing is being a simple print, albeit on fancy paper, it took longer than expected for delivery. At no point did I receive clear shipping information, no shipped on date, no expected arrival date, no tracking information. Granted it was "free" delivery but these are still things one has come to expect in the shipping age.

Bought poster instead of canvas wrap on accident. Had to buy a frame. Poster came with crease. Will not buy from company again.
