When placing order, the website asked for three images. I uploaded three, thinking I was going to see a proof of all three and then select one. Instead, they placed all three images on a very large canvas with obvious space for a fourth image without providing a proof to select. The canvas provided cannot be hung because of the obvious absence of a fourth photo in the fourth quadrant. I have called twice and never received a return call. I want my money back. I will dispute with AMEX.

Extremely Disappointed! It was a picture of my mother and father on their wedding day (56 Years ago) In the phot they were standing side by side at the wedding cake. On the print my mothers portion of the photo was great, however they cut my father off at the eyebrows with the remainder of his head wrapped of the top and back of the frame. how nobody bothered to look and think that this might not be right bewilders me. I was embarrassed to present it. I will not be ordering a custom canvas from them ever again

My fiancé proposed to me at this beautifully scenic lake near the cabin we were renting. I saw a canvas from Family Gifts that inspired me to capture this moment as an engagement gift, but I wanted to use one of my fiancé’s personal photos. As luck would have it, they offer commission canvases and were also able to incorporate into my canvas something I wanted from their original canvas. Every process was easy, submitting, revising; customer service was great. There was a slight hiccup in my delivery because it was during a busy occasion, but I didn’t mind. The delay was immediately remedied and I received my canvas within the week. The best part is how great it looks and how much my fiancé loves it!

I am overall satisfied with the result. As a fairly large wall hanging up close the photo is a bit distorted but from a distance it looks great. The only thing that was disappointing with my experience is that I ordered my item on December 1st for a Christmas gift, but it arrived after Christmas even though it was supposed to come earlier.

The worst experience with your company. I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business with you. Originally made an order with you company the end of October with a scheduled delivery around the 4th of November.
