they sent me the wrong order. i called several times no response, emailed no response, their voice mail says please send a email we will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours, this is BULL SHIT! have not heard from anyone in 3 weeks! this place sucks ,if you order from them hopefully they will send you the right order .I just lost 100 $ ordering from this place, absolutely do not recommend ordering from this place, they're a joke of a place.

I placed an order. It seemed to take forever to ship. I received an email that there was a shipping error and they were remaking my order. Cool. Stuff happens. My order shows up a week later. Awesome. The date is wrong. There are only 12 months in a year and one is listed a 20-00-00. Left the date out on purpose. I have now responded to them 10 times over email and I just tried to call their number and it says I must respond by email! At this point, this company can give me my money back and pay to have their faulty picture sent back to them as I cannot give it as a gift.

I loved the product once I finally received it. The whole issue was that I placed this order on 11/23 and confirmed artwork on 11/24. I received an email on 12/1 stating my order had shipped and the label showed created with Fedex on 12/1. That should have been plenty of time to get to me and I could then ship it to my mother-in-law for her Christmas present. I sent an email to your company on 12/8 as it still showed that only the label had been created. I received a response back on that same day with the shipping information. Obviously, I already had that. I asked again on 12/8 about it being in a status of only a label being created and received no response. I sent another email on 12/10 and received a response on 12/14 which was AFTER the shipment finally showed movement on 12/11.
Your website states that I should have received my order within 10 - 14 days. I should have received my order on or around 12/8. That would have left me plenty of time to then wrap and ship it out. Now, since the expected delivery date is 12/15, I'm going to have to pay a bunch extra to ship it in time to arrive for Christmas.
If someone would have actually looked at my email from 12/8 or actually done their job and confirmed the order shipped back on 12/1, it wouldn't be costing me all this extra money and time.

this company has made my family 6 canvases pictures.
I just received my recent one that says I was a mom at first everybody loves it. We also have some that have the beach we have the mountains we have the black and white ones different sceneries. And I just told some more friends yesterday about it and sent them the website. My experience with this company has been good if there’s anything wrong they will get right on it and fix it they’re really good about emailing me back I’ve even had
two customer courtesy calls.
I can’t wait to see what else they come up with what different pictures that they start adding in who knows I might have to get some more.
