However, “will arrive by May 11”, turned into May 17, which turned into May 18, after we left town for a graduation, keeping me from giving Mother’s Day gift to my wife until the 21st. Company blamed shipping company. Won’t ever risk a repeat performance. You had your chance and you flubbed it.
