Took a month to receive order from date placed. When I received the product, it was someone else’s order (see above. I ordered a lake scene with 3 names). I get emails, sometimes multiple emails from the company in one day, at least 3 per week. However, when I wrote an email to customer service on 01/30 about the mix up of my product and not receiving the correct product that I ordered, I have yet going into 02/05 to receive an email back from customer service.

I have ordered two now. The first one took forever to get here...it became a late Christmas gift! Finally when I got it, it look great and my friends loved it with their names and their 3 dogs names. So I decided to order one for me with all the dogs (5) I've had in my life. It also looked great and it came pretty quick this time. I plan on ordering one or two more. The price for the 12x24 is decent. I mean a dogs life isn't forever but, the memory and their names are.
