April 2021 Delivery Report

As part of our ongoing efforts to keep our delivery times transparent to our amazing customers, we would like to present our delivery time data for April 2021. This data is for all orders that were placed from April 1 - April 30, 2021.

97.5% of all orders were delivered within our standard delivery times of 10-14 days, with the majority (71.8%) of all orders being delivered with in 9 days. The substantial decrease in orders delivered in 5-9 days from the last two months is due to minor carrier delays for Mother's Day deliveries.

This data includes our production time, as well as the shipping time of our carriers (UPS, Fedex, USPS). It also includes the production and delivery time of our 100% custom products, which can take 1-2 weeks to design.
