I sent out for a frame with 4 names, paying $99- & 1 name was misspelled. I proceeded to email the company with the correct names & paid half of the original price & they sent me a new one on time as expected. I’m happy with the results and how prompt they sent the new one.

Picture is amazing. Paid extra for the high resolution. Shipping was actually pretty quick. The only issue I had was with the delivery man that left it in front of our garage in the rain instead of on the covered porch by the front door. Luckily it was packed in plastic so it wasn't damaged. Will buy more from here definitely!
