My husband is presently Commander of the American Legion for the State of IL. On July 16th, our State Convention will be held and the Barn-Flag with Dates and Names will be presented to the present President of the American Legion Auxillary and the Commander of the Sons (family of service men who served). I placed my order on October 15, 2020 They said it would be 10-14 days delivery...today is December 3, 2020 and I still havent received my Canvas, I have contacted them by Phone, by email and all they keep telling me is : its being reprocessed and in production..Its been since Oct 15th it should have been a priority to get it done and send it to the customer, but that has still not occurred, I would Never purchase another item from this company..I came across them on FaceBook and have also notified Facebook about them...This was suppose to be the Big Gift for my Daughter this year, but I can see that will not happen..and as of Today, they are no longer answering my phone calls, you have to leave a message and they just never get back to you...I paid almost $200.00 for 2 Canvases ...One came in later and the other is still in processing , whatever that means...Save you money and Shop somewhere else..
