This was the easiest process. After I initially ordered, I wanted to make an addition. When I sent the email to ask if corrections were too late I was immediately responded to, and told my addition was approved and already added. I also didn’t think it would arrive in time for Christmas, but it’s here!! And almost a full week before!!! I am in love with this picture. I will be ordering more at a later date. Thank you!!!

This is an absolutely terrible company. I made an order in the beginning of December and have yet to even receive the product. I received an ema stating that orders made then were “lost” but would be rectified. It’s still not here. Bad company, terrible service, and will tell everyone I know so.

I’d love to share my review. Unfortunately I don’t have a product to review... I’ve gotten multiple emails with tracking numbers for my product (4 emails with multiple different tracking numbers at this point) and have reached out to the company at the email address I was directed to use. With absolutely nothing in response this far. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and feel I have been ripped off of my money as well.

Here is a picture of me holding the item I paid over $100 for 30 days ago. It has yet to arrive and the site says it has a shipping label created but hasn't been picked up as of 24 days ago. I contacted customer service, no response, received an email saying to contact another email of I hadn't received it, no response as well. Horrible customer service and would not recommend any purchase from them.

The most rudest, ardest to deal with company i ever had to deal with.I was told that it was being made, being reviewed, being shipped..nope. computer mess up. I was told a second time it was being made, being reviewed, being shipped. nope computer screw up. I was told a third time and it was shipped TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. six hours away from me. So instead of dealing with the company that has no computer skills or customer service supervisors I drove it myself. 6 hours during covid. The picture was awesome. not worth the headache. You can get anyone to do this for you. never again

Item just as described. I would only downgraded satisfaction a little bit as there was one of the corner braces that was loose but with little effort I was able to fix myself.
