This mug came in the mail, UNORDERED AND NO MESSAGE WHO SENT IT. 8 Weeks ago I ordered a Sisters mug for my sister in SC for her birthday and one for me. THen this BF shows up a this week for me which I did not order. Very embarrasing asking around who sent it. No takers and I believe it was a ploy on your parts for doing this survey. A mug is a mug is a mug, right? This one is better, perfect as a reminder to a far-away friend. The other side has a heart-connection between your state and that of your friend. The mug itself is comfortable to hold, too, an added bonus. I really like it.

I think the mug is cute. I love the idea of it. However, I'm very upset and still waiting to hear back from customer service. My best friend mug was sent to the wrong address even though they promised they'd updated their end of things. The personal note they website allows you to type in when you order didn't get sent either. Now my sister has her mug and my best friends and they live in very different states apart from me. I wish I had good news to share. Love the mug but not the problems in ordering...following the website.

I’m very pleased with this company. I originally purchased two mugs but the website would not let me modify the states for the second mug. This was caught and they quickly asked me for my choices. When the mug arrived incorrectly they were VERY quick to fix the mistake free of any cost to me. I would definitely order from them again in spite of the error.
