I was very excited about this blanket, but after submitting the order, the customer service was becoming a let down, then the blanket came and had mistakes. When I saw the advertisement and clicked on it, it said it would be delivered by mother's day so long as I ordered in the next 14 hrs and 12 min (I have a screenshot of the page saying this). I put the order in and the next day I got an email saying it would be delivered in 10-14 days. I replied that 14 days would put it past mothers day, violating what was promised. I got a response just saying that delivery is currently at 10-14 days - No options, no offers to purchase faster shipping, no explanations. I replied to the email with the screenshot saying it was guaranteed, got no response back (but plenty of spam emails to order more). Blanket arrives 2 days after mothers day (day 14) and I found 2 kids (out of 3) names spelled wrong. They're missing the last letter of their name. I went back to the screenshot and it shows that the names are correct, and in parenthesis above the field for their name, you have a character counter. Both names used 13 of 14 characters. Apparently you only allow 12? There's nothing saying this. So now I got a late blanket with my kids names spelled wrong. What a disappointment.

Packing is horrible. Blanket should come in extra protective packaging. Quality was off.
