The order process was effortless and easy. The hardest part was choosing the canvas background. Our original order cam in damaged. I emailed the company and got an immediate response from a person not a bot. The order was replaced in a supper timely fashion. Just received the new canvas and it is gorgeous. Careful when you choose a size LOL I went for the largest and boy is it large but I love it
