I love the product, however, I ordered it for my mom for Christmas and we never received it until 12/28. It was such a disappointment because I ordered it in November, and still it was late. I won’t order anything again.

I would post the picture but I sent this to my daughter. It was awesome. I didn't do the usual names. I put her son, my grandson's name and then his birthday like it was 2 names. It turned out great with the heart separating the name and date made it. I am planning my next one now.
