This company will take your money and send you the product, if there are any problems and you need to get service or an answer, you can forget it. I spent one week, sent 6 emails and left almost 30 phone messages, no response! Don't get pulled in about how this is a nice small family business who cares and all the emails they send telling you how amazing you are for buying their product. It's all just a big front to get your money, if there's a problem you wont get a response from them and your stuck!

Nice product. I do feel that it’s tacky to ask a customer to pay extra for VIP customer service. I paid the extra money because I wanted to ensure I would be taken care of if the product arrived damaged, etc. I’m a business owner myself but I don’t ask my customers to pay a surcharge at the POS to ensure they will receive VIP customer service after the sale. That’s just something we do. To be honest it felt like a scam and it downplays your commitment to customer service when you ask customers to pay a fee in exchange for service after they buy your product. Think about it.

The blanket is very soft and looked like the picture but it is very thin. It’s a lot thinner then I expected since it’s described as a blanket. When a thick fuzzy sheet would be more accurate.

The customer service was great, had to make a name change, so I called shortly after making my purchase, I mean like 5 minutes after and the rep was so helpful in getting this fix for me.

The picture was not what i expected. It was kind of my fault. i thought i was getting a canvas not just a print. When the print arrived I'm sad to say it cam rolled up. prints should be sent in a flat box. when ordering a 30X20 print i would think you would want to put it in a frame. will have to lay it out with something on top to get it flat enough to put in a frame. Not happy with my purchase, like i said i thought i was getting a canvas.
